”I am Kinthanlungliu Kamei and I am self-taught artist. I’m a tribal, originally from a small town in Manipur but residing in New Delhi. I have always been drawing and painting ever was in school but digital art was a new thing when I moved to the city. I took up all the measures to learn digital painting by myself mainly focusing on contemporary art. Art by itself has kept me sane in every situation. Events in my life, memories, surrounding and people inspire me to make art. Feelings also play a major role in creating an artwork. A beautiful thing about art is that it doesn’t have to be perfect create and you don’t always have like what you create. As digital artist presently, I also enjoy traditional paintings and other mediums because Art is loveable in various shapes and forms. And I do hope my artworks bring out different emotion in different shapes and sizes as well.”
