Ranjana Kashyap, embarked on her artistic journey as an autodidact and has since made a respectable place as an artist in the world of art as a multidisciplinary artist. Her artistic inclinations primarily lie in landscapes, monastery, and miniature painting. Inspired by the majestic Himalayan landscapes, monasteries her work draws heavily from this region and spirituality. Additionally, she maintains a keen interest in exploring various art form styles and sketching techniques. Her artistic interests span a wide range, encompassing universal themes such as landscapes, contemporary art, pahari miniatures madhubani, and mandalas. Her artistic creations have been published in numerous national and international publications. She has received prestigious awards, including the “Kala Shiromani” and “Kala Sadhu” awards. Won many art contests. Ranjana Kashyap has participated in both national and international exhibitions, securing numerous accolades through her exceptional performances. In her free time, she dedicates herself to imparting art classes to children. Furthermore, she enjoys writing articles on art history, sharing her insights and knowledge with the art community. Artist statements : “Sunset and sunrise are connected to our soul, whenever we see the colors scattered in the sky different emotions emerge just like a liquid disappears as soon as it enters any medium! In the same way all the sorrows and worries disappear. Just as the moon disappears in the shadow of the sun.l think we all feel like this. I work on light and shadows of sunlight on mountains it gives a perfect shades to my style to depict buddhism, spirituality and meditation state. In Folk art and contemporary I cover visual art made in the context of folk culture a community, a lifestyle, flora and fauna a belief system it helps to understand the historical and cultural context in which it was created.”
