1. NGO Status and Proceeds

Kaarigari Foundation is a registered non-profit organization. All proceeds generated through this Platform (net of transaction fees and operational costs) are dedicated to supporting artists, organizing exhibitions, and funding scholarships, grants, and charitable programs.

2. Disclaimers and Governing Law

• "As Is" Clause: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties.
• Prohibited Conduct: Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or attempting to circumvent the Platform's fee structure.
• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
